  • Mike McKibben (Broker/Owner)
    Mike McKibben has been associated with the Commercial Real Estate industry for the last twenty years. He was born and raised on the Central Coast, attended Allan Hancock College and California Polytechnic State University. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker, Pilot and Class B Contractor. His past and present professional memberships include National Association of Realtors, Board of Realtors, Chamber of Commerce, California Association of Realtors, CCIM Candidate, Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping centers, Multiple Listing Service, Contractors Association and Economic Development Association. Prior to his real estate career he operated his own construction company.
     
  • James Guthrie (Associate)
    James has 20 years experience in the marketing, sales, development and acquisition of Real Estate. He is a licensed Broker in the states of California and New Mexico and is currently associated with McKibben Real Estate specializing in the sale, site acquisition and leasing of Commercial Real Estate. James's work experience includes: working with national builders (Centex Corp.) as well as local builders and developers (Meyer Asset Management, Inc.). James Guthrie offers his clients a wide range of skills from site acquisition to competent contract negotiations.
    His education includes numerous real estate courses and seminars as well as operating as a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of New Mexico. He holds a college Degree from the University of California at La Jolla, graduating with Honors (Magna Cum Laude) with a BA Degree in 1973.
     
  • John Billington (Associate)
    John is a skilled negotiator with proven success in creative marketing strategies. He was born in Santa Maria, attended local schools and graduated from Cal State Fullerton with degrees in Psychology and Physical Education. He began his career in real estate twenty years ago after selling his local, lucrative retail sporting goods store of 10 years. He is a consistent high performer, with many sales accolades to his credit. John is also an avid competitive amateur golfer.
